I need to tell you a story
Anytime we are in conversation and Parker thinks he needs to be part of it, he says "I need to tell you a story. I'm gonna get a fire truck and climb up the ladder and get that cat out of the tree." It doesn't matter what we are talking about, he'll come up with that out of no where. He is so funny. Parker also loves to sing. He always breaks out in song. Then he tells us "I sing that song in nursery." He likes singing popcorn popping on the apricot tree, no more monkeys jumping on the bed, twinkle twinkle little star, abc's, itsy bitsy spider, and others, but I can't think of them. We love that kid so much. He is pretty excited for his baby sister to get here. He keeps asking if his baby sister is growing in my tummy so she can walk. Hopefully he'll still be excited when she actually gets here.

Finally some Pictures
These are Grandma Georgia's socks she got for Christmas, but Parker has taken them over. Anytime we are over there he puts them on. Just last night, he took his pants off and put these socks on as soon as we got there. He's a funny kid.

The Staheli Family Christmas Party. We always have a great time when we get together with the Staheli family.

Oops looks like he swung a little too hard. Parker liked swinging the bat but you better watch out he has a pretty hard swing!
Parker did not like Santa. Parker and Addilee were playing on the stairs of the Heritage Hall when Santa walked through the doors. Needless to say we realized Santa was there not because of his bells but because the kids were screaming their heads off. We thought they both fell down all the stairs or something. So we jumped up to see what was wrong and saw Santa.

It's a....
GIRL!! Parker was right. He's been telling everyone that he was having a baby sister. We would say "Parker it might be a little brother" and he would say "no mom Addilee had a baby brother, I'm having a baby sister." We are excited to be adding a little girl to our family. We didn't care either way, but little girls are sure fun to buy for.

We are still here
We are still around. I haven't put any of my pictures from my camera onto my computer since Halloween so I haven't bothered with posting. I'll post some pictures if I ever get around to downloading them onto my computer. We had a great Holiday season. We went out of town for Thanksgiving and had a great time. We went with Reece's family. Christmas Eve we had dinner at my mom's and played games, then opened the traditional pjs and went home to our own house. Christmas day was busy. We started the morning at 5:20 at our own house so we could be over to my mom's by 6:00 otherwise Kenz would be knocking on our door. Then at 8:00 we had breakfast at Ben and Shannons. Then over to Orrin and Georgia's to open more presents. Parker loved it all and wanted to help everyone open their presents. He was so much fun this year. For New Years we played games with Reece's family which is always fun. Now it's back to school which I actually don't mind. It was good to have a break and spend time with Parker and Reece, but Parker became very attached having me home for two weeks and it was starting to drive me crazy. As I'm sure you noticed we are expecting number two due in June!! Pictures to come shortly hopefully ;)

We Are Blessed
I am just getting into digital scrapbooking a little, mostly for my blog, dumb I know, but I came across this lady's blog that posts free digital kits once in a while and they are really cute. I checked it to see if she had posted anything recently and she had a really long post, and I read it. I'm sitting here in tears thinking how trivial our everyday problems are that we complain about. We are all healthy, we have jobs, and our little boy is perfect. This lady's baby had brain surgery earlier in the year, now her friend's 7 month old baby was just diagnosed with cancer and it's in a couple different places throughout her body, and her oldest son has down syndrome. You can read the story here. It really made me stop and think how blessed I am. I don't know either of these people, but the girl that made the post about her friend is taking donations to put something together for this family. Feel free to make a donation. Even 1 dollar would help or make a post on your blog so others will see it.
